All orders are guaranteed from defect. We do not offer refunds on DVDs or used gear, but will offer credit towards your next purchase, if we cannot resolve any issues.

We regret that once the order has been placed and filled, the sale is deemed final and cannot be canceled.

However, if your order was damaged in shipping, please send e-mail to
orders@badseedmedia.com. In your e-mail explain the nature of the damage/dissatisfaction. A customer care specialist will contact you to resolve the issue (usually a reshipment of the original item or, in some cases, a credit towards a future purchase).

Registered shipments are traceable. In the event that customs detains your order, please contact us immediately at orders@badseedmedia.com, so that we can make arrangements for a reshipment or a refund.

We provide a reliable and prompt delivery service worldwide.

At present we only ship through first class mail directly to the street address or post box address provided by you. The normal delivery time varies between 7 to 14 days for most destinations. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days after receipt. If there is any problem with your order, we will notify you immediately.

All packages are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. Customs detention does occasionally occur but does not have any legal ramifications for the buyer.

All downloads/subscriptions are guaranteed from defect. We do not offer refunds on downloads or monthly/yearly subscriptions.

We regret that once the order has been placed, the sale is deemed final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

However, if you are unable to use the subscription/download the material due to technical difficulties, please send an e-mail to
orders@badseedmedia.com. In your e-mail explain the nature of the dissatisfaction or issue. A customer care specialist will contact you to resolve the issue. We will make every attempt to correct the issue for you, but we cannot refund the purchase price.
